Our Non-studio classes are being offered on a “pay what you can” scale.  A suggested investment might be $3-$15 per class.

 

We accept Venmo and PayPal. For both use our email address as our account. Julie is jtrilling1@gmail.com and Bill is w_amos@hotmail.com. OR a good ‘ole fashioned check works fine. Simply reach out with an email for our address. 

Studio Classes simply follow the link or go directly to the studios website.

Class Desctiptions:

 

*Morning MUDRA Meditation- Sessions are 20-30 minutes geared to start your day the right way with community. Mudras are gestures of the hands that stimulate a mind-body response. There are mudras to calm, enhance focus and attention, energize, open the heart...we will explore a different one everyday.
 

 

**Yoga Nidra- Nidra translates as sleep but we are not actually falling asleep here (well, we’re not intending on it). We guide you into a conscious, alert meditative state that helps reset the nervous system. This is a non movement class traditionally practiced lying down but can be accommodated seated.
 

 

***Restorative Yoga Is a deeply nourishing practice of stillness. You will be guided in and out of poses that are held (fully supported) for longer stretches of time 5-20min. Side note: please gather up blankets, pillows, sleeping bags... things around your home you can use to support the body.1
